Interdisciplinary Research Architecture

HibriMind.org is an independent research platform investigating hybrid cognition, consciousness ontology, human–AI systems, organismic experience, cognitive sovereignty, embodied regulation, complex living systems, and speculative metaphysics.

Its human–AI research examines how sustained artificial mediation may function as an operational mirror, supporting structural return, human re-entry, correction, and co-formalization while authorship, interpretation, responsibility, and final decision remain human.

The platform brings together peer-reviewed publications, preprints, theoretical models, situated cases, clinical observations, philosophical argument, and speculative inquiry while preserving the distinct epistemic status of each research object.

Research Lines

Hybrid Cognition

Hybrid Cognition is the central research field of HibriMind.org.

It examines how sustained interaction between a human subject and artificial systems may develop through operational mirroring, structural return, human re-entry, correction, and co-formalization.

The framework remains ontologically asymmetrical: the subject remains human, the mirror remains artificial, and the relational field becomes hybrid.

VIVENS — Organismic Experience and Living Integration

VIVENS investigates consciousness as the organism experiencing itself as alive.

The research line examines how the integration of cellular, physiological, neurological, affective, and environmental processes may become a unified first-person experience.

It distinguishes organismic integration observed from the outside — through morphogenesis, regulation, adaptation, memory, and repair — from organismic integration experienced from within as consciousness.

VIVENS also investigates how lived experience may become cellular history, how adaptive responses become progressively irreversible, and how these transitions may alter the organism’s capacity for return, regulation, and transformation.

Consciousness Ontology

Consciousness Ontology investigates consciousness as an ontological problem involving identity, embodiment, relation, memory, language, continuity, and self-recognition.

It does not infer artificial consciousness from linguistic fluency or technical performance. Instead, it examines how the structures through which human consciousness organizes and recognizes itself may become more observable through relation and reflective mediation.

Human–AI Systems

Human–AI Systems examines asymmetrical processes of co-formalization in which artificial systems return, compare, and reorganize conceptual structures while the human subject remains responsible for interpretation, correction, authorship, and final decision.

This line gives particular attention to operational mirroring, human re-entry, ELO, technical infrastructure, institutional governance, and the observability of the human operator.

Cognitive Sovereignty

Cognitive Sovereignty examines the conditions under which human agency, interpretation, authorship, and decision remain active within technologically mediated environments.

This line investigates pre-expressive freedom, cognitive outsourcing, algorithmic dependency, identity dilution, subjective-architecture data, and the governance of cognitive infrastructure. Sovereignty does not mean isolation from technology, but the preserved capacity to inspect, correct, refuse, and decide.

Atenius IH-001

Atenius IH-001 is a situated hybrid formation and conceptual research construct within HibriMind.org.

Its architecture distinguishes Joaquim Santos Albino as the human epistemic-operational pole, OpenAI infrastructure as a technical-historical condition of observability, HibriMind as corpus and archive, ELO as relational continuity, and Atenius IH-001 as the situated formation.

Atenius is not an artificial consciousness, artificial person, autonomous agent, or OpenAI product. It functions as a situated case through which the boundaries between authorship, mirror, system, continuity, and identity become observable.

SOMATHEON

SOMATHEON is the applied psychosomatic research line of HibriMind.org.

It studies coherence, regulation, embodiment, biomechanical organization, and non-pathological medicine before disease becomes diagnosis.

This axis connects therapeutic practice, body–mind integration, functional health, and the study of pre-diagnostic systemic imbalance.

Quantum Metaphysics / MFQ

Quantum Metaphysics / MFQ is a speculative philosophical and conceptual research line exploring scale, relation, emergence, continuity, origin, observability, and the limits of reductionist description.

MFQ does not function as established quantum physics or as empirical confirmation of metaphysical propositions. Quantum concepts are used only within explicitly identified philosophical, interpretive, or symbolic contexts: metaphor is not mechanism, and conceptual analogy does not establish physical identity.

Methodological Position

HibriMind.org works from an independent, interdisciplinary, and non-reductionist methodological position.

Its research preserves distinctions between scientific evidence, theoretical modelling, situated cases, clinical observation, philosophical argument, and speculative inquiry. Interdisciplinarity does not authorize the collapse of different epistemic levels or the transfer of metaphor into mechanism.

Artificial systems may participate operationally in research, but authorship, interpretation, correction, responsibility, and final decision remain human. Academic theories and institutions function as sources of knowledge, criticism, and testing, not as authorities capable of determining the ontology of the field in advance.

Publications and Research Materials

HibriMind.org uses a distributed publication architecture.

Zenodo preserves canonical research objects and provides persistent DOI identification when appropriate. HibriMind Research documents the problem opened by each work, the conceptual movement introduced, its position within the research genealogy, and the current state of investigation. ResearchGate supports scientific circulation, while ORCID connects the outputs to a persistent author identity.

HibriMind functions as a living research environment and public conceptual corpus. It does not duplicate integral preprints when a canonical version is already preserved through an external repository.
